Who we are
PathWay provides a digital skills learning platform to organisations. This policy explains how we use personal data collected through this website and when organisations sign up.
What we collect
- Enquiries and guide downloads: name, email, organisation and any message you send.
- Organisation sign-up: organisation details and the owner’s name, work email and password (stored securely as a hash).
- Website usage: if you allow analytics cookies, anonymised information about the pages you visit.
How we use it
We use your data to respond to enquiries, set up and run your organisation’s account, send service emails and — only if you opt in — occasional product news. Our lawful bases are contract, legitimate interests and consent.
Learner data
Data about learners within the platform is controlled by their organisation. PathWay processes it on the organisation’s behalf under a data processing agreement.
Where it’s stored
Data is hosted in the UK. We never sell personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the service, under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 2 years. Account data is kept for the life of the subscription and deleted within 90 days of cancellation.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Cookies
We use essential cookies to make the site work and remember your cookie choice. With your permission we also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies for this site.
